Upward Basketball is back for another season.  Registration forms are available at the church office from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  You can also request a form in the mail by contacting the church office at 570-296-6019.  The early registration cost per child is $62 and shorts are optional this year for additional $13.  After October 16 add $10 to the registration cost.  Checks can be made payable to Milford Bible Church.  Our church will then cut one check to the Upward organization.  Deadline for registration is October 30 and is subject to availability.

*We try to do everything possible to ensure the highest quality program for the most number of children.  We encourage you to register as soon as possible to ensure your child a spot.

Once you have registered your child for the program your child will need to attend an evaluation.  They are as follows:

1st & 2nd Grade Boys/Girls- Saturday, November 21 between 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.

3rd & 4th Grade Boys/Girls- Saturday, November 21 between 10:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

5th & 6th Grade Boys/Girls- Monday, November 23 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Evaluations for your child usually takes 45-75 minutes depending on how many children are being evaluated at the time.
